Holidayss..

Hello all,

Guess it's back to work or school for everyone. It's always hard getting back to the normal routine after a long holiday. Mine was extra long....Wednesday thru Monday.

Why u ask?
Wednesday - CD day, so i'm usually not at work
Thursday & Friday - Sallah holiday (Thanksgiving for my American folks)
Monday - Couldn't get outta bed so, called in sick (boss wasn't too happy about it, but hey i'm a corper!!) LOL

Now it's back to work for me. I had a fabulous holiday though, spent the weekend at Accra, Ghana with my sis and her fam. Was nice hanging out with my sisters, as we get older and everyone gets busy it's difficult for us to spend time together. Spent time with my nephews, they are soo precious. Loads of work, but lovely kids.

Ghana was fun!! One thing I enjoyed constant- electricity and clean running water. Great feeling! We had just one black out throughout my 5 day stay and it lasted about 10mins. Incredible! That's unheard of in Africa!
...Light traffic, no huge potholes, friendly and patriotic people, sub-par night life, overall not a bad country.

I sure hope we get to their stage someday.

Btw: Today's December 1st, yipppeee!! xmas is almost here :D
